Updating ITSM 3 tier connection on client machines for ITSM 6.3.x./ 7.x versions.

    When we provision a new ITSM server, it will obviously need to have each application connection edited to connect to it.  How do I update the 3 tier connection on the client machines?




    The 3 tier connection is written to the connection.ciq file in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\FrontRange Solutions USA Inc\FRS Application\connections.ciq on the client machine. They can push this file out to the client machines using group policy or another 3 third party application.
