    Where do emails go that are not on the Trusted Sender Domain list? Can they be reprocessed?

    For example, you added a blocked user and wish to retrieve the emails they sent while blocked.

     


    Resolution

    If you are using IMAP (not POP3) and the email administrator turned on the Archive feature to have the emails moved from the Inbox to the Archive folder, then you can reprocess emails by moving them from Archive back to the Inbox once the address is on the Trusted Senders list.
