How to re-process emails that are not on the Trusted Sender Domain list

    Where do emails go that are not on the Trusted Sender Domain list? 

    Can they be re-processed?

     


    Resolution

    If you are using IMAP (not POP3) and have the Archive feature turned on, then messages are moved from the Inbox to the Archive folder.  


    From the Archive folder messages can be moved back to the Inbox folder to be reprocessed once the sender has been added to the Trusted Senders List.
