A new Status value does not appear in the Search Filters

    Details

    You have created a new status against the Service Request Business Object, but it does not show when you click "filter search" at the top of the screen.


    Resolution

    You must modify the criteria for your 'Filter Search' and add the additional status if you would like to be able to filter by that status.


    Here are the steps:
    1. Log into the AdminUI
    2. On the left hand side under Build > expand Search Tools
    3. Click on Filter Searches
    4. Click on 'Edit' for ServiceReq
    5. Under Status, add another Filter Criteria to match your new status.
