How to block outgoing emails from being sent on a Cloud tenant

    We would like to block outgoing emails on the Cloud tenant. How can this be accomplished?


    You have the option to block all outgoing email so that no emails are sent out. This will affect all emails from all business objects. You cannot disable it just for a single business object. This is configured within the Email Configuration.

    1. Log into the AdminUI
    2. From the Home screen, click on 'Email Server'
    3. Check the box: Block Outgoing Email
