New Incident Templates now show 2 Template Folders with same info

    The Incident Templates now shows 2 templates folders: "Self Service Templates" and "Templates", both of which contain the same list of templates. Is there a benefit to displaying the "Self Service Templates" on here?


    The actions should be unique for Template and SelfService Template. The items in 'Template' are geared to be run while in a non-self service role.

    The Self Service items add user-specific values that they wouldn't be expected to change when done through self service.
