Getting Account is locked message when trying to open HEAT Call Logging and Admin Module

    Details

    All of the User accounts for HEAT were locked in the Tracker table


    Resolution

    Opened the Database, Tracker Table, Edit Top 200 rows Changed the Status value for the User you want to use from -1 to 0 Logged in to Admin module as the User Went to Security-User Status, Selected All, and then Reset so all users could open HEAT
