How do you create new profile employee and after you created this user, how do you assign that person a role?
Login into the HEAT SM 201x system using an "Administrator" role.
On the top of the screen open the workspace "Employee" (you might need to click on "More.." to find the Employee Workspace)
Then click on the "New Employee" Button and fill out all required fields.
After that save the record and go to the "Roles" child panel and click on the "Link" button and select on upcoming lightbox popup the role(s) and confirm with the select Button.
After that save again the newly created employee record.
