How to default sort of Incident grid from ascending order of CreatedDateTime to descending order in ITSM 6.3.x?
To set the default behavior for the grid panel to default to CreatedDateTime in descending by doing the following:
1. Login to Servicemanagement Administrator.
2. Create a new definition set.
3. Go to incident object and highlight Incident Grid panel.
4. Edit the grid panel properties.
5. Go to Behavior tab. Set Default sort to Incident.CreatedDateTime and check box the Descending.
