NOTE Regarding the above referenced article - The same steps and logic can be used to index a field in one of the above tables other than the OPMGR table. However consideration needs to be given to potential performance impacts regarding Full Text Search Indexing.
Please also keep in mind as noted in Knowledge Article 24316 that this should be documented and the GoldMine administrator or Database administrator may need to keep in mind every time the Universal Search Full Text index will be rebuild (for example by uninstalling and reinstalling the Universal Search) the column needs to be re-added again.
