Can I add a Knowledge Tab to Service Request?
To Add a Knowledge Tab to Service Request all that needs to be done is create the relationship and add the Child Panel to the formview of the layout.
Go to Configure Application
Go to Business Objects
Go to ServiceReq
Create a relationship between ServiceReq and FRS_Knowledge
This will be a many-to-many relationship
Go to Layouts
Go to Formview
Add the Child Panel.
Under Object, select not set and add the relationship.
Set the fom and list views for the child panel.
