Error when trying to provision reports in HEAT Reporting Services - Input string was not in a correct format

Version 1

Error encountered when trying to provision reports for HEAT Reporting Services:

Input string was not in a correct format.

All SQL and system permissions are assigned correctly.
All connections in the System Configuration Wizard test successfully.

One possible cause for this error can be the password being used for one of the logins within the System Configuration Wizard, particularly the Service Account.

If this password contains punctuation or symbols that conflict with SQL or the connection string, it can cause the input to be misread by the system. This is most often seen with randomly generated passwords.

To test this, temporarily set the password to a simple alphanumeric string and retry the report provision.
