Where is Impact and Urgency calculated?

    Where is Impact and Urgency calculated within HSM.   I want to make a change


    You can make this change with the following steps.

    Login as Admin and click Configure Application
    Select Business Objects
    Click Incident
    Choose the Business Rules tab
    Select Editing and Calculating rules
    Scroll down to Calculating rule for Incident.Priority
    Click Edit and make your changes 

    Refresh browser and test.
