    [PRE-REQUISITES]

    - Fresh GMConnect  installation without any M-License installed so that the Evaluation  period message is triggered when logging into GoldMine Mobile


    [STEPS TO REPRODUCE]
    1. Browse to the GMME web site
    2. Log in
    3. A message appears This evaluation license will expire in xx days
    4. Press OK
    >>  RESULT: The GMME screen is not available for any action, It seems that  confirming the evaluation period message does not release the full  screen after pressing OK


    Resolution

    The product GoldMine Mobile (GMME) was officially sunset on  02/01/2016 with the following statement on our GoldMine Community - https://community.goldmine.com/thread/1144



    The  release of GoldMine 2015.2 with a mobile responsive design means that a  GoldMine user can access their database using desktop, laptop, tablet,  and smart phone – all with the same data display and features. We view  this version as a powerful option to provide our users with a simple,  modern and intuitive interface that is easy to deploy. This is the focus  for our mobile offering going forward. iGoldMine remains as an option  as well.

     

    This  version of GoldMine Web is part of 2015.2 and included as part of an  annual maintenance contract...and is also included in upgrades from  non-Premium Edition version. Please work with a partner or the GoldMine  technical support team on upgrading to this latest release.

     

    As  a result, we are announcing that effective 2/1/2016, we will no longer  ship new licenses of mobile with bundles or as a sale or promotional  item. Support will continue for 18 months through July 31st,  2017. If it works for you can continue to use it and we will provide  support. However, we strongly suggest considering a move to GoldMine Web  for a longer term solution.


    Along  with certain browser updates the above described behavior was  discovered and it has been decided not to address this anymore, as even  if prospects / customers would be able to use the Demo version of GoldMine Mobile for 60  days they would not be able to purchase any licenses for this product anymore.

    GoldMine Web is included within the GoldMine Connect and also included from a licensing perspective  into GoldMine Premium Edition. Whenever a user logs into GoldMine Web  it will consume a normal GoldMine Premium Edition license.
