A customer is asking if this module requires a separate installation and license, and is unclear on how to access this module.
The Call Log Module is part of the regular HEAT installation.
The work space is already defined, so there is no additional license or installation required.
However, users need to be assigned to one of the roles that has access to the Call Log module:
(Administrator , Support Desk Analyst for Call Log, Support Desk Manager for Call Log, and Self Service with Call Log)
Once you log in under one of these roles, you will be able to open the work space (if not initially listed, look it up under 'more')
