    Using Classic GoldMine menu - GoldMine crashed - Now Lookup>>Company is grayed out


    Resolution

    - In a first troubleshoot attempt the user should try to rest the be to reset the current Menu and Toolbar
    1. Log in as the user within GoldMine
    2. Right Click into the Toolbar >> Customize


    3. Button Reset and confirm the reset

    4. Close
    5. Verify if the menu entry is again available


    - If this attempt does not lead to a resolution it might be necessary to delete and recreate the user


    -- Delete the User
    1.  On the server, go to \ProgramData\GoldMine, and rename the user's .INI, .TBI. and _INFO.BIN files
    2.  Open GoldMine as a master user
    3.  Tools>>User Settings
    4.  Highlight the user to be deleted, and click Delete
    5.  Select Leave the user's activities and e-mail as is, and click OK
    6.  Click Yes on the warning message

    -- Recreate the User
    1.  Open GoldMine as a master user
    2.  Tools>>User Settings
    3.  Click New
    4.  In Username:, enter exact same user you just deleted
    5.  Fill in Full Name:, Password:, and click OK
    6.  On the server, go to \ProgramData\GoldMine, and set the user's renamed .INI, .TBI, and _INFO.BIN files back to their original names

    - Have user log in and test Lookup>>Company
