How to include Journal Notes in an Incident Notification

    If the Incident Owner is changed - would like to see the notification hold all the notes from the Incident.

    How to include Journal Notes in an Incident Notification


    1. Go to Incident Business Object. 
    2. Go to Business Rules
    3. Go to the Owner Assigned Triggered action (or any other notification you would like to alter)
    4. Click Next until the Notification body appears. 
    5. In the Incident Notification - insert the following into the Body of the Email. 
    6.  $(ChildFold("Incident#", RecId, "Journal#Notes", "NotesBody+' \r\n'", "+"))

    8. Save. 
    9. Now the Owner Assigned email will contain any child Journal#Notes records
