If the Incident Owner is changed - would like to see the notification hold all the notes from the Incident.
How to include Journal Notes in an Incident Notification
- Go to Incident Business Object.
- Go to Business Rules
- Go to the Owner Assigned Triggered action (or any other notification you would like to alter)
- Click Next until the Notification body appears.
- In the Incident Notification - insert the following into the Body of the Email.
- $(ChildFold("Incident#", RecId, "Journal#Notes", "NotesBody+' \r\n'", "+"))
- Now the Owner Assigned email will contain any child Journal#Notes records
