    When any of my users attempt to log in to GoldMine, they see the error "Waiting for permission to log in" applies to GoldMine 2014.2 or higher

     


    Resolution

    1. Navigate to the server C:\Programdata\GoldMine and locate the file called "LicenseGM94.bix" 
    2. Right-click on the file and select "Rename" to rename the file to LicenseGM94.bin 


    3. Log into GoldMine to test


    NOTE: Related to KM# 10861 for older versions of GMPE.
