Cannot see all SLA subscription/service agreements

    On the SLA Subscription tab, not all SLA Subscriptions are visible.




    Visibility to the SLA Subscriptions is controlled by your Organizational Unit (OU). 
    You can only see SLA Subscriptions which apply to your OU or a subordinate OU. 

    In this example you can see SLA Subscriptions that apply to your OU (Sales and Marketing) directly, or indirectly from a Parent (GMI, Internal), as well as SLA Subscriptions for subordinate OUs (Marketing, Sales). 

    If you need to see SLA Subscriptions outside your OU you can set the Org Unit on your Employee record to an appropriate value, e.g. the root OU.
