Attachments Are Missing After Upgrading to Absolute Service 8 and Higher

    PROBLEM
    When upgrading from LiveTime 7 or lower to LiveTime 8 or higher, attachments will be missing from LiveTime requests.

    ENVIRONMENT
    LiveTime 8 and above.

    RESOLUTION
    The LiveTime attachments were generally stored in this folder: C:\Program Files\LiveTime\LiveTime\Attachments . If you've installed LiveTime, the folder has a different name due to the change in branding. All the attachments that were previously stored in the LiveTime directory need to be moved to C:\Program Files\LiveTime\Service\Attachments instead.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
    This is particularly relevant when migrating to a new server (virtual or physical) or to a new Virtual Appliance or Hardware Appliance. The attachments will need to be moved from the old server or appliance to the new one, and into the new file location as described above.
