Unable to Change or Save any Configurations

    PROBLEM
    Users cannot change or save any configurations such as items, teams, or new requests and the error log has the following line:

    [quote:]ERROR287815[http-nio-80-exec-2] (SqlExceptionHelper.java:147) - Could not allocate space for object 'dbo.HISTORY_ENTRY'.'PK__HISTORY_ENTRY__0B91BA14' in database '<DB_Name>' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full. Create disk space by deleting unneeded files, dropping objects in the filegroup, adding additional files to the filegroup, or setting autogrowth on for existing files in the filegroup.[/quote:]

    Also, you may see many failed transactions success ratio under Admin/Setup Portal >> Reports >> System >> Database widget.

    RESOLUTION
    Please consult with your database administrators to consider the following to free up the space in the database:

    • Clear or shrink database transaction logs
    • Increase database disk size
    • Change Auto-growth setting
