ITSM hanging daily needing reboot to resolve in ITSM 7.x.

    Details

     

    Our current ITSM installation has required a reboot for the last 5 days.

    Event Logs show 

    The alert log has the following recuring error:
    System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request. ---> SaaS.WebUI.Licensing.FeatureNotLicensedException: Feature ITSM ServiceCatalog is not licensed
       at SaaS.WebUI.ServiceCatalog.Integration.ServiceCatalog.GetTemplateAndParameters(String strTemplateId) in e:\ahp-working-dir\ITSM\Platform\AppServer\ServiceCatalog\src\Integration\ServiceCatalogAPI.asmx.cs:line 383

     


    Resolution

    Changed the application pool recycling time from hours to days.
