When I use the global replace to merge tickets from one customer ID to another it does not change the cutomer ID it leaves it as the old one. How would I go about correcting that?
How to change the CustID on existing tickets to another Profile:
When working with tickets you will have to perform 2 different Global Replace processes.
1. Replace the CustID value on the Subset table where the CustID equals the one you want changed.
2. Replace the CustID value on the CallLog table where the CustID equals the one you want changed.
