In email listener, if a Task is automatically created, is there a way to use an expression on the Subject or is it text only?

Version 1

    Inbox configuration for an email listener contains an option to Create new Task for every email. The New Task Subject can be set, but the field is text only, and does not recognize expressions, functions, or other dynamic content. However, the functionality can be achieved using business rules.

    This field is text only. However, you can use business rules to achieve the desired effect.

    Set the New Task Subject value to 'Email-placeholder'

    Then create a Before Save business rule on Task.Assignment as follows:

    Subject = $(if Subject == "Email-placeholder"
    then [Incident#.Rev3]Subject
    else Subject)

    This will give the Task the same subject line as the Email and Incident.
