SLAs cannot be deleted from the SLA Subscription screen if any Service Requests have been logged using the SLA

    You cannot delete SLAs from the SLA Subscription screen if there are already Service Requests logged against it. The following error will be generated: "Delete operation cannot be completed. Some Service Requests were made within selected Agreement."



    This is expected behavior; instead of deleting the SLA from the SLA Subscription screen, set the Status of the SLA to 'Obsolete' from the Service Level Agreement workspace. When the SLA Subscription screen is refreshed, any SLAs that are no longer in 'Published' Status will be removed.
