When Provisioning Reports, an error is received.
" Exception from access to Config service/Access to SSRS web services/missing info in config database.Error is Error in Execution Error is Server was unable to process request. --> Access to API is denied"

One possible resolution is listed here.
-Log into the Ops Console and navigate to the System Status page.
-Check to see if any API Key errors are present, and if so, click the "Fix" button.
-If the Configuration Server on page 2 of the SCW for Heat Reporting is pointed at a load balancer, point it at the FQDN of an individual App server instead.
