    Is there a way to find what Call Tickets a user modified on a specific date even if they are not listed as the ModBy on the CallLog table?


    Resolution

     

    There is a way to do this as long as the Activity Log is enabled. Any changes to the Call Ticket will write an entry to the HEATActv table. 

    The following Call Group allows the user to select the LoginID that changed the Call Ticket and what date the modification was made:


    {CallLog.CallID} in (SELECT CallID FROM HEATActv WHERE UserName = @ValidatedPrompt('User', Tracker, System, LoginID) AND DateStop = @Prompt('Enter Date'))
