How to change the Estimated time for Service Requests?

    On Self Service Interface, when browsing through the Service Catalog, some items have a description and an estimated time. How does one enable or change the Estimated time?



    1. Log in as Admin and open the Request Offering Workspace
    2. Select the Service Request to modify
    3. On the Define Request Offering form, change the "Deliver By:" information
    4. Click on Save and Exit
    5. Repeat on other Service Requests if necessary
