Default escalation schedules are missing or have been altered, is there a process to restore the default escalation schedules?
There is not a restore default option within HEAT. The escalation schedules will need to be inserted in to the HEATSM database manually.
It is highly recommended to complete a full SQL backup of the HEATSM database and test the functionality of the escalation schedules in a test environment before altering the production environment.
1. Backup the HEATSM database
2. Rename the current Frs_def_escalation_schedule table within the HEATSM database
3. Execute the attached script to regenerate the table and the default schedules
4. Test functionality
If only one or a few schedules have been deleted the desired schedule insert portion of the script can be used to restore that schedule.
