What happens to records linked to an employee record when its Primary Email is changed?

    I have an employee account that has 2 Incidents linked to it; Primary Email is primary identifier of the account.

    If I changed the Primary Email to a proper email address, will it retain its links to all its records?

     


    Resolution

    The records are linked to the Employee by RecID, so changing the email address should not have any impact.
