How to find Case Mismatches from CallLog CustTypes to Profile CustTypes

    Case mismatches between the CustType values on the CallLog table and Profile table can cause issues with Web UI and HSS.


    Resolution

    Run the following in SQL Server Management Studio to identify records where the case is different between the CustType values:

    SELECT DISTINCT(CustType), CallID

    FROM CallLog

    WHERE (CustType  IN

    (SELECT CustType FROM Profile)

    AND CustType Collate SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CS_AS NOT IN

    (SELECT CustType FROM Profile))
