The survey link returns an error: Invalid Session with: Sessionkey

    When clicking on the Survey link in an email instead of the Survey being displayed a screen with the error message "Invalid Session with: Sessionkey" is displayed:

    This article has a possible solution for HEAT Premise installations.




    In the Configuration database go to the Survey Information workspace and verify the URL in the Host Name field.

    Check that the URL is the same as the example below (where {Servername} is the name of your server):


    If the "Public" part of the URL is missing it will cause the "Invalid Session" error message.
