Problems with the Survey link after upgrading from any earlier release to 2015.2.x (or any later release)

    In version 2015.2 the IIS virtual folder for surveys was changed from FRSSurvey to HEATSurvey.  

    This may result in users reporting the following error when clicking the link in the Survey emails:
    Server Error in '/' Application.

    The resource cannot be found. 
    Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.  Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly. 

    Requested URL: /FRSSurvey/Public/TakeSurvey.aspx



    To resolve this update the SurveyURL in your survey templates to use HEATSurvey instead on FRSSurvey as the 2nd part of the URL path.
