    Title Lookup window appears when selecting any other tab from Tools >> Options

    [STEPS]
    1. Tools >> Options
    2. change to any other tab then Personal e.g. Calendar

    [ACTUAL RESULT]

    the Title Lookup window appears and no action seem to make it go away




    Resolution

    [CAUSE]
    - the Title Lookup window is set to Force valid input and not allow blanks
    - when opening the Options the default tab is always Personal and here the cursor is by default in the Title field for the actual user.




    - This user's title and the contact record's title share the same Lookup window and many times this field is not filled. Due to being forced to select a valid input and not being allowed to leave a blank input the user's title needs to have a valid title from the lookup window and therefore the Lookup window appears again and again.



    [STEPS TO RESOLVE]

    Make sure to set a title for yourself as it is not recommend to change the settings  of the Title lookup window

    1. Tools >> Options
    2. Tab Personal
    3. Select a valid Title from the lookup window for yourself
    4. OK or browse now to the desired tab from your options
