    The Incident.rpt ootb Default Report isn't sorting the Notes in date order. This is how you can change this:

     

    Open the Report directly in Crystal.


    Where the Note is added in, in the left hand column (the grey area) Right click and chose "Change Group..."

    Then find the im_incident_note and below this you will see im_serial_number. (Below, as if you were to expand a folder) Select this so that the selected field will say: "im_incident_note.im_serial_number"

    Click OK, SAVE the Report and close it.

    Next time you open a report in Console from Crystal you will see the notes in the correct order
