Analytic Metrics are configured and the Analytic Metrics workspace is there, but doesn't display any charts. Clicking edit does nothing.
The fix is to query the HEATSM database for a MetricId that is NULL.
select * from [frs_def_DashboardItem] where MetricId is null
if a row is returned delete it. (as always when making changes via the back end, make sure that there is a SQL backup taken)
delete from [frs_def_DashboardItem] where MetricId is null
Log out of the application and back in and the Analytics Metrics workspace should be functioning again.
