How do you add a 'Not Ready' Reasons?

    This article provides instructions on how to add 'Not Ready' reasons.


    Resolution

     

    1. When you log into Management Portal in an Administrator role, select the far left icon, three people in blue.

    2. Select the 'Not Ready' Reasons link on the bottom left

    3. In the field next to the Add button, add the Not Ready Reason

    4. Select the Add button

    5. Select the Update button

    6. In the Top right of window you will see a "Commit Changes" button select.

    7. To see the new Not Ready Reason, all agents must logout/exit from Agent Dashboard and log back in.
