After migration of the exchange server the email listener doesn't work. You receive the following error message in event viewer:
This issue occurs when you use a Plain Text IMAP login when the Microsoft Exchange is configured to use secure login.
To resolve this problem by enabling plain text login in Microsoft Exchange server:
1. Open ‘Exchange Management Shell’ from ‘Start’ > ‘Programs’ > ‘Microsoft Exchange 2007’.
2. In the console, enter the following:
set-imapsettings –logintype plaintextlogin
3. Press ‘Enter’.
4. From the ‘Services’ panel re-start the ‘Microsoft Exchange IMAP4’ service.
