My Open Items:  How to remove incidents with unwanted statuses of "Resolved" from showing "My Open Items"

    Self Service users can see all their incidents under "My Open Items" including "Resolved".


    OOTB, the My Open Items dashboard is set to filter out Service Request status in the Parameters section.  Need to add the Incident status of "Resolved" to the IgnoreStatus section of Parameters.
