How to customize the Selfservice Knowledge to display only articles from a specific collection?

    This article shows how to make the Knowledge Base for Self Service users to only display articles from a specific collection (e.g. "Customer Knowledge").


    Resolution

     

    To make Knowledge Articles in the Collection "Customer Knowledge" only available to Self Service add an Object Permission entry on the FRS_Knowledge Business Object for that Role.

    For example:

    The following Object Permission on FRS_Knowledge for the Self Service Role means that only Knowledge Articles in the Collection "Customer Knowledge" are shown to the user:
