Obtain logs in Absolute Service

    PROBLEM
    When reporting a problem to HEATsoftware Global Support, it may be required that you include logs of the problem you're currently encountering. This is especially true if your problem is that an error is displayed while using LiveTime, in which case the logs will give HEATsoftware Global Support more information on what error is being encountered.

    ENVIRONMENT
    LiveTime

    RESOLUTION
    You can obtain LiveTime logs following the steps below:

  • Open the Admin dashboard.
  • Click the Reports tab.
  • Click the Export button.
  • Save and attach the downloaded ZIP file to an LiveTime request.
