When creating an OLA the Team dropdown is blank

    When creating an OLA the Team dropdown is blank. 


    - Login as Service Owner. 
    - Go to the Services workspace.
    - Open a Service.
    - Go to the Service Agreements child panel.
    - Click New Record Menu > New Operational Level Agreement
    - Pull down on the Team field. 

     


    Resolution

    The Team field shows the Teams that are linked to the Service. 

    There were no Teams linked to the Service. 

    To link a Team to the Service: 
    - Login as Service Owner. 
    - Go to the Services workspace.
    - Open a Service.
    - Go to the Team tab. 
    - Click Link. 
    - Select the Teams that support this Service. 
    - Click Select.
    - Click Save.

    Now the Teams are available in the dropdown as expected.
