Customer currently uses the CI to populate incident pick lists. He's looking for a way to export this so that he may create a matrix of service with their associated categories etc.
The CI inserts data into the following fields:
As long as you haven’t changed the Out of the Box implementation, you should be able to grab all of that information on the SubCategory table.
And then export it:
Ensure the Subcategory is a Top Level Tab for the Admin Role
Then create a quick action to Export
Then in Configure Application, add the Quick Action to the Layout > List View toolbar if you want all to be able to use. I would add the Action Menu and Edit Actions to the toolbar as a minimum.
