HEAT Discovery - What causes a Discovery client agent to be set to "suspended" in HEATSM?

    Client agents will sometimes show in "suspended" state.  Below is development's explanation as to why this might happen.



    - There is a configuration item named message max retry times in Inventory Settings.
    - The client agent will suspend itself when it failed to send out the message to the IM server or the client transport web service cannot process the message after this max retries times.
    - It will not send messages anymore and will only poll resume agent task when it’s in suspended state.
    - This usually happened when a message files is somehow broken and failed to decompress in the server side.
