Taskbar Group Items that contain double quotes (") in the command line are not saved when exiting GoldMine.

Version 1

    Details

    Taskbar Group Items that contain double quotes (") in the command line are not saved when exiting GoldMine.

    For example  "**phone**"
    Get truncated to **phone**

    The double quotes at the beginning and end are required to cope with phone numbers that contain spaces.  This worked up until GoldMine 2015.1, but upgrading to 2016.1.0.172 seems to have caused the quotes to disappear when the user logs off, and the button then stops working.

    Resolution

    [CAUSE]
    This appear to be a change from older versions of the GoldMine application

    [RESOLUTION]

    - Enter a double set of quotes into the Command Line Value
    for example ""**Phone**""

    These will than appear as "**Phone**" Once you restart the GoldMine Application

    The Username.tbi file should then have the following entry

    [item_8FRAR4Ud-KIuMPX_JDEKOJ0eM*7@b=H]
    CommandType0="ExternalProgram"
    caption0="Test Application"
    ApplicationName0="C:\Program Files (x86)\GoldMine\Phone.bat"
    CommandLine0="""**Phone**"""
    CurrentDirectory0="C:\Program Files (x86)\GoldMine\"
    icon_type0="resource_file"
    file_name0="C:\Program Files (x86)\GoldMine\gmw.exe"
    intresid=0
    resid0="IDI_GOLDMINE"
