Survey request email is going out with a bad Survey link as no Default Survey is set. How can we stop these emails from going out?
We do not use Surveys currently, and we would like to turn off Surveys.
There are typically two places that can be used to send the Survey emails.
1. A Business Rule needs to be disabled. In Incident there is an Initialization rule called 'Send Survey upon Incident Closure', Service Request would be a similar rule - disable these rules.
2. Workflows send out the Survey notifications:
Under Incident its called: 'Incident Survey' , please disable this workflow completely
Under Service Request its called 'Send Survey Notification' - disable this workflow completely.
Disabling any Business Rules dealing with Surveys, as well as any workflows for Surveys will stop the emails from going out.
