Error when trying to upgrade from 2014.2.1 to 2014.3.1
The upgrade of the ConfigDb completed, but the upgrade of the HEAT database failed after entering the Admin credentials during the upgrade process.
Resetting the password for the Admin user in the Tenant database did not resolve the problem.
This issue is caused by the Admin user being unable to authenticate the internal password when entering after being prompted.
In this case the database showed that the Admin login had been disabled.
The following SQL query re-enabled the login:
set IsDisabled = '0'
where Login = 'Admin'
