Can I add the My Items workspace to a role other than Self Service?
You can add the My Items workspace to a role other than Self Service.
- Go to Page Layouts
- Select the Role you would like to add My Items Workspace to.
- Click "Add Page Layout"
- Select "My Items"
5. Fill out all the appropriate information:
- Fill out Name and Object Names and configure their appropriate layouts.
6. Click Save.
My Items workspace has now been added to the Role.
