How to change the Call ID using MS Access

    Sometimes it is necessary to change the auto generated call id on your HelpDesk system.  For instance, if you have been running a test system and logging test calls, or if you simply want your calls from a certain date to start from a certain point, e.g. calls after 01/01/03 to start at call id 50,000

     

    Please note:

    We do not recommend to change the call id to a lower number.
