    Error receiving some email composite view table meta was not found for contract frs_compositecontract_entity


    Resolution

     

    This issue is produced when no org unit is specified for the created contact upon email retrieval.  Or the default org unit was removed or not set for the initialization rule for the Employee business object.

    1. As an administrator click on Configure Application
    2. Click Business Objects in the left menu pane
    3. Search for the OrganizationalUnit business object and open it
    4. Click the Forms tab
    5. Open the OrganizationalUnit (OrganizationalUnit) form
    6. Add the Frs_CompositeContract_Entity_RecId (RecId) field to the form
    7. Save the form
    8. Click the Organization Profile >> Organizational Units menu option in the left pane
    9. Open a desired default Organizational Unit
    10. Copy the RECID displayed 
    11. Click Business Objects in the left pane 
    12. Search for the Employee business object and open it
    13. Click the Business Rules tab
    14. Expand Initialization Rules
    15. Edit the Initialization Rule for Employee.OrgUnitLink_RecID (Default) 
    16. Paste the desired Organizational Units RECID copied from step 10
    17. Save the business rule
    18. Remove the RECID field from the Organizational Unit form created in step 6
